PlantQuest is a plant journal app that helps you save plant photos, notes, locations, and optional plant identification suggestions.

This Privacy Policy explains what information PlantQuest uses, how it is handled, and what choices you have.

1. Information Stored on Your Device

PlantQuest stores your journal content locally on your device. This may include:

• plant names and notes you enter,
• photos you add or take in the app,
• dates and other entry details,
• locations attached to entries,
• app preferences such as tutorial or “what’s new” settings.

This journal data is stored on your device and is not uploaded to a PlantQuest account. PlantQuest does not currently provide user accounts or cloud sync.

If you delete entries or delete the app, this local data may be deleted from your device according to iOS behavior.
